出fba货的客户在收到不同货代的报价表时，可能会看到这样的条款，
单件计费重量不低于10kg,
不足10kg按10kg计费；
单件计费重量不低于12kg,
不足12kg按12kg计费；
而且现在的趋势是越来越多的时候看到的都是不足12kg按12kg计费，为什么会出现这样的情况，
第一个概念：ups服务
ups都是有哪些服务?
我在之前的文章里写过在美国本土ups服务多达36种，现在按之前的操作步骤找不到了，这是原始的服务图。
2.接着是账户
货代到了美国走海派的货物，尾端派送打单选的ups就是用的这类服务，选择这个服务打单的账户是gfp账户，当然也有其他的账户，选他的优势是价格好，价格有优势。
3.看服务条款
ups ground with freight pricing is available to customers shipping within the contiguous 48 states. the minimum charge applicable to any shipment will be the greatest of the (1) ups ground with freight pricing base rates, (2) per package minimum multiplied by the number of individual pieces, or (3) absolute minimum charge. to determine your rate, follow the steps below
1) ups ground with freight pricing base rates are obtained by applying the applicable discount based on weight to the rates in the ups freight 560 series tariff in effect at the time of shipping between points in the 48 contiguous states. rating is based on actual freight class. a. for shipments weighing up to and including 500 lbs., an 80% discount applies b. for shipments weighing 501 lbs. or more, a 65% discount applies
2) the per package minimum is determined by calculating the rate applicable to 1 lb. packages shipped via ups ground service for zone 2, as specified in the ups daily rate and service guide in effect at the time of shipping, available at ups.com.
3) effective november 15, 2021, the absolute minimum charge (floor minimum) is $93.50 per shipment.
从2021年11月15日起，绝对最低收费（最低限额）为每批货物93.50美元。
4) ups ground with freight pricing shipments are subject to value-added services charges and other charges as indicated in the ups rate and service guide applicable to small package shipments, including but not limited to the fuel surcharge applicable to ups ground service. unless otherwise noted, value-added services charges and other charges are per package for ups ground with freight pricing service.
service availability ups ground with freight pricing is available for shipments within the 48 contiguous states. hazardous materials shipments are not accepted for transportation via ups ground with freight pricing service. ups ground with freight pricing is not available for ups returns® services packages.
4.最低消费
从2021年11月15日起，绝对最低收费（最低限额）为每批货物93.50美元。26磅是gfp的账号的最低消费，而26磅实际换算下来想当于是11.79kg,到了国内为了方便结算和计算大家统一直接12公斤，打美中美东不管你的货物再拋再重都是按12公斤算，当然计费重不足12公斤也要按12公斤算。
26lb=11.79kg约等于12kg.
第五 偷区
为什么重量从10到了12kg,
a.账户问题 里面不方便多说
b.偷区，什么是偷区，
我们看图1.2.3
1假设是亚马逊的仓库，我们交货要送到这里，
2.是打单地址，一般是你交货仓库地址，
这个时候因为你知道要交美东，你就选择了一个距离他近的点交货，而实际上你要交货的点在美西，也就是3，因为ups是按距离收费，你的打单地址和交货地址不在同一个地方，但是中间这条长线的距离的费用相当于你没有支付，这就是偷区，1与2的操作类似于亚马逊的锁仓。
那ups是不是傻？首先ups不傻，这是操作上的漏洞，收货人员，财务人员，操作理货人员完全是三种不同的分工的人，首先一个货收货人员扫描之后只会看这个账户正常有钱，财务人员只会核算系统上打单地址和派送地址之间距离的费用，而操作人员看到货之后，恩...这样的事情发生的多了，ups就开始查.....
......
恩，看懂看不懂都罢了，以上内容纯属虚构，如果雷同，就是假的,但是只要记住一个结论，就是重量12kg起算。
